The Honey Pot Nursery consists of two bright and stimulating rooms and a large secure outside play area.

The Hive

The Hive is for children aged two to five years

The Baby Room (Bumbles)

The Bumbles room accommodates children aged three months to two years.

We follow a basic routine that we adapt to each child’s home routine. And offer a variety of activities, which are planned around Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
The Bumbles staff observe and monitor progress and plan for each child’s individual development needs.

The Garden

Our large, secure outside play area has an all weather grass surface and a covered decking area and large sand pit. All the children throughout the year access it, come rain or shine.

Adjacent to the garden is an allotment site where the nursery has a plot and the children are actively encouraged with supervision to participate in growing flowers, herbs and vegetables. These are used in the kitchen for meals which helps the children to know where their food comes from.
